1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Right from the start the service from InsideJapan felt personal and relaxed. Emma always responded to my questions quickly and was incredibly helpful. When I was in Japan I contacted the team there to help organise a few tours and experiences and they were incredibly helpful, responding really quickly with all the information I needed. It was very conforting to know that such a helpful team were available when I needed them. Thank you.

Emma was great from the start. Wanting to know about my interests in Japan and creating a bespoke itinerary that suited everything I'd asked for. She always responded to emails quickly and provided the information I needed. Couldn't really ask for more.

The accommodation I had in my trip were all excellent and I'd happily recommend them to others

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport in Japan was amaxzing. It's so reassuing to know that trains and buses between cities run on time. Also, thanks for booking me the window seats with views of Mt. Fuji when travelling back to Tokyo!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
I had two guides, one in Tokyo and one in Kyoto. Both were excellent and really added another dinemstion to my trip. Couldn't really have asked for more.

I'd really like to go back to Japan again and take my wife and children with me. Knowing that InsideJapan are there to help organise the trip is brilliant and, when I've saved the money, I'll definitely get in touch.
